At Lucky Thekisho Law Offices, we believe in a one, united Africa and the collective ambitions of its people. We are fully subscribed to an ebullient future for its people and are faithfully engaged in the comprehensive development (legal and non-legal spheres) of the continent.

Recent demographic trends indicate that on the eve of 2035, the continent’s number of young men and women attaining working age will outnumber the rest of the world combined, and this trend and vibrancy will continue to blossom to 2050, when one in every four humans in the world will be African.

It’s important to note that this demographic dividend will only increase the continent’s economic importance; as has been the case since 2000, where half of the countries in the world with highest annual growth rate have been in Africa. This growth has set a rapid trend that will see 43 percent of all Africans, projected to join the ranks of the global middle and upper classes by 2030.

However, at Lucky Thekisho Law Offices, these positive indicators do not blind us to the wired web of challenges that the continent is currently wadding through; among which are;

Persistent high absolute number of people in poverty
The underdevelopment of infrastructure
Ongoing conflicts
Acute problems with democratic governance
Human rights abuse etc.

Lucky Thekisho Law Offices is pugnaciously called by these challenges, and have consequently defined our continental footprint, not only in how we deliver iconic legal services, but also in how we mobilize key stakeholders to join Africa’s development bandwagon. As a legal practice with a human and humane mind and spirit, we don’t see Africa as a treasure jungle of natural resources; rather we see the continent as people rife with dignity, rife with life and rights to the best of what creation has endowed the continent with.
